EXCELLENTBased on 29 reviewsVerifiedAndrea M2024-06-28The magic of a Berber adventure. Ali is an excellent guide, who has shown us and humbly shared a little bit of his precious culture and knowledge. We have felt very cared for and safe in its wonderful desert environment. Both the camel ride and the Berber music night were unmatched. The food of course delicious We would definitely repeat again! Thank you Ali, for your humor, your reckless driving among the desert dunes :P It was all part of this great adventure. A big hug.VerifiedMarcos V2024-06-26The best of Morocco “Merzouga” Everything was incredible. The treatment was special, they are very friendly and very hospitable. It's the second time I'm going and I hope there are many more. They organised the whole trip for me looking for the hotels to sleep in and the excursionsVerifiedlore r2024-06-26The best experience of my life! It was the best experience I could have! My mother and I arrived very stressed by the trip and Ali made our energy change and we felt the energy of the desert. Silence, sunset and sunrise, music and food. The Jamila couldn't be more comfortable. Everything perfect! We take a unique experience and a piece of Sahara in our heart! I'll come back safe and do it with Ali!VerifiedGuide675529697562024-06-26VISIT TO JARDIN KOTORI CAMP Watching the Sahara Desert at sunset while riding a camel and enjoying Berber culture at night alongside Ali, Omar and their family is priceless. We are grateful for all the facilities they put us to feel comfortable and that we did not have to worry about anything, they are a very friendly family, friendly and with which you can talk about many things. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the rooms super clean, well lit and with bathroom with shower in each of the jaimas. When you return to Morocco it is a mandatory visit.VerifiedNam_ie2024-06-14How I met my beautiful memories in Morocco? OverviewI recently went on a tour of some famous places in Morocco and to the Sahara Desert for 5 days and 4 nights with Oyazzou Morocco Tours in June 2024.Evaluate key aspectsOverall experience: I was very satisfied with the tour.Tour guide: There are 4 main tour guide teams at each different leg. I was most satisfied with the Sahara Desert Tour Guide (3rd night) and the Marrakech team (1st and 4th nights). Specifically, read the positive section.Itinerary: The itinerary is well organized and covers all the main attractions.Logistics: Convenient transportation and decent accommodation, although it is a bit hot, at night it is windy and colder if we go out, but we are always told to lock the door carefully and avoid going out at night.Value for money: The tour is worth the price paid.*Positive and negativePositive point:- The hotel Damirai on the 1st and 4th nights is one of the best places to stay and is a big plus for the tour. The room is spacious, airy, and fully equipped. The decoration in the room is very beautiful and the chef cooks very well. It can be said that of the meals on the tour, we always remember her food the most, extremely delicious. - The tour guide on nights 1st and 4th was named Hssaine, I don't remember his name clearly, but he was a good person, like a father telling his daughters to be careful when going out home, came to the airport to pick us up and take us to exchange money. On the last day when we were about to leave, he and a young man were willing to lead us to find a hair salon and wait for us to leave (without any additional fees or asking for tips), making us feel comfortable. It feels like big brothers waiting for the kids to come home from playing. In addition, before we went to the night market on 4th night, he also reminded us to be careful, we went home too late, and he often called to check to make sure we were safe. Looking at them, the team in Marrakech - Hotel Damirai and the team in Sahara, I feel the most friendly, close and wonderful.- Camel riding in the Sahara - entering the Sahara Desert is also one of the most fun journeys on the tour. Different from the negative feeling below, like from the moment we changed the car to the car of a local person with a red cloth, he was very friendly and funny, he created a stirring atmosphere, and helped us feel what life in the Desert seemed to us to be very hot, I saw a new vitality and a comfortable, joyful, happy way of looking at life here. Then we got on camels and headed into the desert. Another man led us to our tent in the desert, he was extremely enthusiastic and patiently took pictures for us in the hot weather of the vast Sahara Desert. Then we met 3 local men (they were all close brothers because they looked alike - I guess), who welcomed us with cups of fragrant tea and infusions tradition, the dinner was full of dishes and the performance was fun. Not only that, they are very friendly, they are patient and willing to get up very early to help us take beautiful photos.Negative:- The restroom on the second leg (preparing to enter the desert) - the second night was a bit smelly.- If you read the positive part carefully, you can see that I always appreciate nights 1, 3 and 4, because the tour experience on the 2nd night was also at a moderate level. Why, let me tell you:- After resting the first night at Hotel Damira in Marrakech with a warm welcome from the Hssaine team, we moved to the car to go with the group to the Desert. On the way to the Desert, we met a tour guide. At first, he was quite indifferent to us, only focusing on talking to a few tourists and making little introductions to everyone, after we I tried to be friendly, he opened up and talked more with us. After that, we rested at a certain hotel (I don't remember the name). As I wrote, the room was spacious but the toilet was quite smelly and the toilet inside was a bit old. The plus point in the minus point is that the dinner is quite large and very filling. The next morning, we continued on our way to the Desert. On the way, we met another tour guide, this time tour guide was very excited and funny, he spoke loudly and clearly, happily and peacefully. However, although all 3 restaurants mentioned have quite delicious dishes, the menu is not very diverse, it feels like it is not as diverse and delicious as the night market in Marrakech (of course, it depends on each person's taste). ). However, it must be said that at the last restaurant on the way home, there were a lot of flies and bees flying around, both eating and chasing (even though the restaurant was very large and the food was better than the previous two restaurants). In conclusion, I highly recommend you book this tour because the team in Marrakech - Hotel Damirai and the team in Sahara will make you feel very safe, friendly and willing to help you. Don’t worry about other tour guides because our main trip is in the Sahara, and after Marackech. Thank you for reading!P.s: Dear Marrakech - Hotel Damirai and the team in Sahara, Thank you for sharing the best memories of our youth in Morocco. Wish you guys all the best. From the UK and Vietnam with so grateful!VerifiedPhuong2024-06-14Amazing trip On arrival we were warmly welcomed by host (appreciate this!). We were offered dinner which was perfect. The guide and tour was extremely good and friendly. We had 5 great days there, which obviously also added up to the experience. The scenery was beautiful and we took many fav photos. Camel rides was also wonderful. However the dishes were not really diverse, we only have chicken tanjia, chicken kebab, omelette,.. for the whole trip. They were good actually but quite boring if I have them during every meal during the trip.Overall, highly recommend the tour to everyone!VerifiedLe T2024-06-14Perfect Amazing trip!!!!! Book the Private Tour and ask for Abdu to guide you. A once in a life experience! The private 3-day tour from Marrakesh to Merzouga will be remembered by my family as a truly unique and special adventure! The first day we were greeted by Abdu at our Riad, Dar Mirai. He patiently waited as my family made last minute preparations for the trip. Once we were on the road, the journey was on. I can’t express enough that the private tour is well worth the cost. Abdu safely guided us through rain, snow and dust storms us to take us to a plethora of scenic locations.I can make a whole book on this, but if I had to sum it up in three words, it would be "Just Do It". Everything about it was outstanding and gorgeous and beautiful. We weren't rushed, we weren't pressured, we just took everything in and absorbed what the trip had to offer. So many people to thank; Ali, Hassan, Abdu, L'assan, Brahim, Omar and Omar and all those we've met along the way. Thank you for building this trip that my family will cherish forever!
